Step 1 ~ Think About This . . .
Many of us go through 12 years of school and then 4 years or more of college, and then seek to turn that learning into earning.
Maybe not the most effective way to learn or to earn money.
A NEW Way Of Thinking!
What if . . . we were to seek to start a mastermind group where everything we learned could be applied to helping us earn more, while working less and having a lot of fun while doing it. We call this LEVERAGE . . . The Magical Art of POSITIVE Motivation & Manipulation.
Step 2 ~ Gain Engineered CLARITY
Gain clarity on something you are passionate about, would have fun with and will attract other people to you . . . to create a Movement. What can you become "The Crazy Dancing Man" or maybe you're the second person who joins the dance or the third?
You Just Need 2 Other People!
I can't do that!
That's alright . . . you don't need to . . . but you do need to find someone who is crazy about something you might be at least a bit passionate about and/or someone who is interested in earning money.
Take 20 minutes to do your Passion Circle and then find two other people who share the same passion and determine which of the three of you is the most crazy and get that person starting to dance.
The truth is . . . you can take anyone of the above videos you like the most and share that with your "friends" and ask them to watch it and share their thoughts with you.
If you still can't find 2 people then start to send this to total strangers. We're serious! Zombies seek to eat other people's brains because they are brainless themselves.

Well . . . that's a shame. The Wizard knows what it's like to be friendless. We're serious. The Wizard's best friend is Mark Boersma and his second best friend is Alan Stein. The side kick, calls Alan "The Stone" and Mark's 2 year old grand daughter calls him cray cray, for crazy crazy.
Anyway . . . let's not get side tracked. Even if you are "A Stone" or "Crazy Crazy" you can find 2 people out there. If Mark and Alan can find two friends or people to join them in their dance, trust us, anyone can find two people. Just share this video with EVERYONE you know and say: "Interesting 38 second video . . . would love to know your thoughts."
Now, if none of your friends respond to your request for 38 seconds of their time . . . sorry to say . . . not being mean of course, but they are not your friends, they are zombies. Actually we're serious!

What you are seeking is engagement from 2 people. Everyone of these videos should trigger something in people to draw them to you. The hardest part may be to get people to watch them. Most of them are 1 minute long so that makes it a lot easier. :-) Even zombies should be able to watch something for 1 minute.

Complete a 30 minute Strategy Session on those 2 individuals OR have someone else do it on behalf of you. From the 30 MSS, then determine which group you think they would benefit the most from. HINT: Probably one of the groups you are a part of right? :-) You and others aren't trying to sell them something! You are seeking to find 2 people who desire to see greatness . . . and you believe you can do that with 3 like minded people all working together to create a WIN WIN WIN for everyone.

Phase 2 ~ The Beginning!
My 2 People Won't Commit
If they are strangers . . . then . . . well you don't care, you just delete them and find two more. If they are "friends" . . . well . . . that's when it gets hard. You probably don't want to delete friends. We're not saying that you have so few of friends or maybe that all your friends are zombie . . . we're NOT saying that. We're just saying that there are 7.4+ billion people out there so stop your whining like zombies do and keep working to find 2 out of the 7.4+ billion people on this plant.
Step 1 ~ Lock In Together and DO!
A great sign that someone's a zombie is that they talk a lot and DO very little or nothing. Zombie's complain, talk about all the things they want to do, but then won't take action and follow through with, well most everything. The 3 of you determine you will get together for 30 minutes over the phone BEFORE the mastermind group and come prepared to THINK together and engage in a mastermind call together with other like minded people.

1 Public means that 1 week a month your mastermind group will invite everyone you know to participate in your mastermind group and then for 3 weeks you will follow up on the 1 week and prepare for the next public mastermind call.

To turn Learning into Earning we need to have a list of those we could do business with, are doing business with or those we could or are currently partnering with. The one a month "Public" mastermind call will be where we can showcase what we have done over the last 30 days and overall as a group. It will be "rehearsed" in that it will be professionally put together to where the entire mastermind group will be proud of the recorded session and can share it with everyone in their network. Life Masteries Institute (LMI) and Legacy Partners will also LEVERAGE their 3.2 million business owner and/or leader database to promote your "Public" event all around the world.
Details & Goals For 1/month Public Mastermind Call
- Frequency: Once a month on the same day and week of each month so its easy to plan for.
- Benefit To Mastermind Members: Assist your business clients and referral partners to see how beneficial it is to partner with you and how you are very different than others in your marketplace and your industry.
- Expand Reach: Touch more people with your message and the value you bring to those you work with and/or partner with.

Mutual Success: Obviously if someone doesn't see success they won't continue. We are responsible first and foremost for our 2 ARRT Buddies success and then the ARRT POD and then the entire ARRT community.

RESULTS: Every action we take is like a seed being planted. If we plant the right seed in the right soil, at the right time, in the right way . . . the harvest / results will come. Are we hitting our INCOME GOALS + moving to work the number of hours a week that we desire? If not, let's work together to figure out why.

Private mastermind calls are designed for the core group, those who attend each and every week to continue to develop their knowledge, skills, disciplines and systems. We all work together for the mutual benefit of each individual and the group as a whole.

- What Did We Learn: Each month we'll get stronger both individually and as a group. The application of the ARRT System, with the ARRT Mentoring & ARRT Buddy System helps to ensure that we're all learning through DOING . . . TAKING ACTION!
- Turning Learning INTO Earning: This may sound easy or natural, but believe it or not, individuals often are not laser focused on transforming their actions into financial gain.

ARRT Review: How did the ARRT Mentors do with their ARRT Buddies and how are the ARRT PODS doing? Is the entire ARRT community practicing Wii-FM, selfless, selfishness?

Success = Seed Reproduction Principle [Box 12]: Are we taking our best successes as a team and then LEVERAGING those successes for everyone's mutual benefit?

Week #2 ~ Follow Up On Event + Build Advanced Systems
- Follow-Through: Complete 2 ~ 30 minute Strategy Sessions (30 MSS) and help your 2 ARRT Buddies do the same.
- LEVERAGE: Take responses / information from the 2 ~ 30 MSS that you completed and LEVERAGE those for the mutual benefit of everyone. Help 2 ARRT Buddies to the same.
- GTing IT +: (Steps 3 & 4) To your own personal groups.
Week #3 ~ Strong Prep For Next Weeks PUBLIC event
- Follow-Through: Lock in commitments from your 2 ARRT Buddies to attend and help them to do the same.
- LEVERAGE: LEVERAGE all data / information for mutual benefit to all.
- GTing IT +: (Steps 5 & 6) To your own personal groups.
- Top Grade: Think through all the things you could share at the event which will impact those in attendance, bring great value to you and draw people to you. REMEMBER . . . In many situations LMI / Legacy Partners will record the 1 a month Public sessions so you can use them throughout the month to share with those who did not attend.
- Help Others: Look for ways you can lift up and help others and how others can do the same to you. Because all our WINS can be shared with others in the core team, we can direct benefit from help others.
Q&A
1. What type of presentation is done each month?
That totally depends on the group. You could do the same CORE presentation like "It's A Duck" ~ How To Generate MORE & BETTER Leads.
You could do the same theme each month like "Partnering with CPAs" but approach it from a different perspective / vantage point.
It's totally up to the group as to what the group feels will make the greatest impact on the members as a whole.
2. Who does the presentation?
As you learned from the first question, it's up to the group to decide who the presenters are. It can be the same people, from within the group each month or it can be people from other groups.
It could be someone who has influence to bring others to the mastermind public event or someone who has special skills, talents, insights or something else of value. Work with LMI, Legacy Partners and other groups to figure out what works best for your group.
3. Does the follow up system have to be followed?
Well "Yes" unless of course there is something your group would like to try and see if it works better. The HOST of the ARRT mastermind group is the one who makes a final decision.
The following of getting people's biggest challenges and then having a 30 minute Strategy Session (30 MSS) completed for their benefit IS REQUIRED. Ideally individuals within the group are certified in the 30 MSS, but if not, individuals who are certified from other groups will slide in and help until individuals from within your group are certified.
4. What if it doesn't work?
In most situations, people do not do the required work of planting the right seed, in the right place, in the right way, at the right time which of course, results in things "not working."
LMI and Legacy Partners have what they call a "Leaky Pipe" system which will be applied if things aren't working as expected or hoped to assist to produce the results that create a WIN WIN WIN for everyone involved.
5. What if someone isn't able to turn their efforts into money?
Their ARRT Mentor will assist them to ensure they are doing the right actions, in the right way, over the right period of time.
If that doesn't correct the situation then additional resources can be brought in to assist the ARRT member to tweak or modify things until everyone is achieving what they have set out to do.
6. Do individuals have to be on ActionVISION to participate?
Now they do not. Obviously those who are on ActionVISION will probably have the most advanced BOS, knowledge, systems, tools and networks so they will usually have the ability to give the most to others in the group which is great!
The more people give, the more people contribute, the more their systems impact others in the group, the greater the financial return those individuals should expect.
7. How do you deal with "takers" in the group?
This is a hard one. Has everyone in the group gone through Phase 1 of the White Paper library and has everyone internalized what was shared in each of the white papers?
Often certain personality types are "takers" more than givers and don't even realize it. Is there a culture in your ARRT to help develop people up from that to the next dimension?
Their ARRT Mentor has the primary responsibility to lead up those efforts. It's important for everyone to realize that we as human beings tend to over value our own contribution and under value or not even see all that others have given / are doing.
8. How does LMI & Legacy Partners pay for their efforts?
As nonprofit organizations they depend on generous contributions as well as revenue that comes in from memberships into various programs they have and on-line courses. As individuals gain value they should either contribute financially and/or take courses or participate in other things from LMI & Legacy Partners.
