Let's Get Started ...

White Privilege

Is there ...
"White Privilege"?

The Wizard believes there is ... BUT ... it's not the "White Privilege" that you'll hear about in the news, education, government and most other large institutions.   The Wizard doesn't fear backlash from sharing things from his vast experience and wisdom.

The CWM50+

What's up with the Christian white male?

The devout Christian White Male over 50 years old (CWM50+) is greatly misunderstood.   Who are they misunderstood mostly by?

Themselves!

Problems

Do people want to solve their problems?

The short answer is ... "Well, mostly NO people do not want to solve their problems."   They gain too much energy from the drama / problems.  Problems become people's best friends,
believe it or not.

Life Vision

Do people want to leave a legacy?

"Yes ... and No!"   Do people want to achieve their full potential and really know how valuable they are?  "Yes and No."  People generally do not want to take the PERSONAL Ownership, do the WORK, and CARE in the way required to achieve their life vision.

Let's Get Started ...

Lazy ... Sloppy ...

Do they attract one another?

Is there a pollical party that tends to be more lazy?  Do lazy, sloppy and undisciplined people tend to be attracted to one another?

Problems?

Do people want to solve their problems?

Believe it or not ... people generally do not want to solve their problems.  That's not the bad news.  The bad news is that people don't actually know they don't know this about themselves.  People generally know the answers, they just don't know the questions.

What Question
Do You Have?

Life Vision

"You can NEVER solve a problem on the level
on which it was created!"

~Albert Einstein

Is there ... "White Privilege"?

When we interviewed The Wizard, he wanted to be very clear that while university studies have proven that he is the smartest of all human beings and the most humble he is very clear that he knows that he is not God so he doesn't know everything about all things.
The Wizard was interesting in his responses and in ways it was almost like he was offending everyone in all ethnic, gender and age groups?  That guy is one strange dude!

Yes ... The Wizard believes there is white privilege ...

The Wizard shared that he felt there was "White Privilege" ... but that it wasn't as most seem to promote it.  it was in who many whites think.
When we learn to think a certain way ... we see success in those areas.  If it's about accumulation of wealth then it seems like a lot of whites are fairly good at that ... but, then again there are Blacks, Hispanics, Indian and Asians that do that as well.
It seems that each ethnic group "has their thing."   In the Hispanic community their wealth, their privilege is often community, family and/or relationally.
In the Asian community, it seems that their privilege is often working hard academically.
In the Black community, it seems that their privilege is coming together as a community and accomplishing more together than they could individually.

... but not like it seems to be presented by many.

The Wizard said that wouldn't it make sense to study whatever group or people you want to achieve their privilege and then emulate that?
Do we need to sacrifice to gain privilege?   To gain financial wealth do we need to give up family relationships (not spend so much time with family and family functions) but focus more making and saving money?
Are there certain communities / groups of people who tend to be focused impressing others so they spend a great deal of money on nice cars, material things, getting nails done and a lot of other things that consume time and money?

Is BIG ... Everything Seducing Everyone?

Is BIG Business, BIG Government, BIG Education, BIG Religion, BIG Medical ... BIG Everything telling the masses that if you trust our experts and do what we tell you to do that you can have everything you want ... in life ... without sacrifice?
Are Asian's smarter than others?  Do they have privilege that other ethnic groups do not have?
... OR ...
Do they just work a lot harder than others and make sacrifices to gain knowledge / education?

Is BIG
Education Is Funny?

The Wizard thought it was fair to say that BIG Education tends to lean in the direction of getting more money, taking from those who have a lot and giving to those who don't and ... of course, giving a good chunk more to education.
Are those who have their advanced degrees also privileged?   Should those how have two degrees be wiling to give someone who doesn't have a degree, one of theirs?
It's funny how BIG Education seems to think that they are the reason for success in the world.  They seem to take credit for any good that happens ... but the bad that happens ... it's not their fault / responsibility?   If education is so powerful and helpful to society then why does it seem that society may be progressively degenerating?

Does it seem like BIG ... WELL ... not to be mean ...

... but does it seem like big is really fragile?  Does it seem like BIG hates it when anyone questions them?  Does it seem like they love to be the experts and tell others who smart they are ... but when bad things happen, they don't seem to have the ability to take personal ownership?

Does it seem like BIG hate being asked questions?

In Malcom Gladwell's book "David vs. Goliath" he talks about the weakness and vulnerability of BIG and how fragile they can be.

Is BIG
Labor
Funny?

Again ... "Why Does BIG Hate Questions?"
Why do groups of people have such a tendency to feel they need to defend others in the group and/or the group itself?
Do those who are in unions have privilege that those who our outside of the union do not have?   So ... if it's "Yes" ... is that alright?   So ... why is some privilege alright ... and some not ... and who makes those judgement calls and why?
  • CARING? - So do teachers unions really care about the students or are they just like every other group of people who forgot what their calling was and they have become self absorbed, self-centered and entitled?
Hmmm ... "It's just a question right?"  I mean one would think that education is all about asking questions?  Oh ... are their some questions that you can't ask?  Who makes the determination of what questions should be asked and shouldn't?  Do BIG unions and BIG education come together and mentally abuse anyone who asks questions?   What if I ask a questions and don't feel safe around you?  Is that on you ... or is that on me?
  • CONFIDENT? - If unions and educators are so confident in themselves and the products they product (students who are confident and productive then why is there so much fear in charter schools ... anyone that competes against them?
